The staff at this brand-new hotel was very supportive and took care of us during our 3-night stay. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast selection in our double room. the location right beside the theater was comfy and convenient for us.

The hotel's location was nice and absolutely perfect next to the theater. Moreover, it's not far from restaurant as well as national forest and Baiden lake. Really helpful staff, they showed us sauna. Had a great breakfast with the bakery and also specially the bakery.

Its location at the entrance to the forest park is perfect for exploring the kaleidoscope of natural landscapes in Wulingyuan. the service is impeccable, the rooms sparkle with style and are equipped with fluffy beds to ensure a comfortable sleep or rest after a long day of hiking. the breakfast buffet is a delight featuring international and local cuisine, and the lobby is spacious with bright decor, making guests feel welcome.

The recreational facilities like the spa and pool may need extra attention to be in pristine condition.

The hotel provided us with a tour guide who spoke English, and this helped us explore the nearby national park and other attractions easily. We also appreciated the indoor swimming pool and the varied breakfast options. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we were happy that the staff were able to arrange connecting rooms for our family.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff members were incredibly friendly and spoke English fluently, making communication a breeze. They even surprised me with a complimentary cake for my birthday, which was a lovely touch. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great selection of amenities in the bathroom. Every day, the room service kept everything spotless. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including an omelette station, which was particularly enjoyable for us Westerners.

The location of Crowne Plaza Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan, An Ihg was perfect for exploring the national forest. We enjoyed the short stroll to the main street with local restaurants and a supermarket. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a good rest on the comfortable beds. The staff was accommodating and made a refund when we had to shorten our stay. it was an enjoyable experience.

The private facilities added to our experience and the location, only a short walk to the national park, was very convenient. this setback was overshadowed by the many other amenities provided by the hotel.
